CandleAid Lanka – Custom Organizational Management System

CandleAid Lanka, founded by Capt. Elmo Jayawardena and Dil Jayawardena, partnered with SurfUX to transform complex spreadsheet-based organizational workflows into a centralized digital management system tailored to its operational requirements.

The custom organizational management system was designed to organize operational information within one structured digital platform, reducing dependence on large Excel sheets and making day-to-day data management more consistent and easier to handle.

SurfUX integrated CandleAid Lanka's existing Excel data into the system and implemented data filtering and reporting workflows to improve information access and operational visibility. The completed system was also migrated to a new server to support client testing and deployment, providing a more structured digital foundation for the organization's ongoing operational needs.
